From Paris: motorway A10 followed by the A11 heading to Chartres, Nantes. Before you reach Angers, take the A87 heading to Cholet. At La Roche-sur-Yon continue along the RN160 heading to Les Sables-d’Olonne. Upon arriving at Les Sables-d’Olonne, take the fourth right at the roundabout down Boulevard du Vendée Globe. At the seventh roundabout follow signs for ‘Thalassothérapie avenue du Cdt Belmont’, and at the second roundabout take the first right down Avenue Rhin et Danube. Drive past the Casino des Pins and at take the third right at the roundabout (sign for Thalassothérapie). Drive down the Avenue du Lac on your right (you’ll see the Lac de Tanchet lake to your right, and the sea straight ahead). Turn left and follow the coast along for 2 km. After the Les Chardons restaurant take the first left down Rue du Puits d’Enfer.
