Domaine de Janus combines comfort, convenience and proximity to local attractions, making it the ideal getaway in the beautiful Ardèche region. You'll stay in modern apartments for up to 6 people, and enjoy a relaxing setting with lush green landscapes.
Private swimming pool, river 300 m away, bike rental, paddle rental, canoe rental, descent of the Ardèche river possible from the Domaine, ping-pong table, gym, free yoga classes on Tuesdays and Fridays in July/August, wellness area... You'll have everything you need to make your stay in the Ardèche a memorable one!
Close to your vacation rental, you'll have access to a wide range of leisure and discovery activities: the "voie verte" starting from the estate, entertainment and shops in the village of Ruoms, a small local market in summer, canoeing down the Gorges de l'Ardèche or a visit to Grotte Chauvet 2.

Tucked away between picturesque villages and wild natural landscapes lies Ruoms, the medieval jewel of the southern Ardèche. Its historic medieval center, with its cobbled streets and stone-built houses, offers an authentic atmosphere perfect for strolling.
Some places to see and visit in the surrounding area:
- Les Gorges de l'Ardèche: Near Ruoms, you'll find the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche, an exceptional natural site. You can take a canoe trip to admire the spectacular scenery.
- Pont d'Arc: A natural arch bridge at the entrance to the Gorges de l'Ardèche. It's an emblematic and much-photographed site.
- Balazuc: This medieval village, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, is just a few kilometers from Ruoms. Explore its cobbled streets, its castle and enjoy the view of the Ardèche river.
- Vallon-Pont-d'Arc: A charming town with cafés, boutiques and restaurants. You can also visit the Grotte Chauvet restitution area, a replica of the ornate cave listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardèche: This reserve offers hiking trails with panoramic views over the gorges.
