Set beside a lake and less than 3 km from the village centre, this 2-hectare estate provides a peaceful setting with a heated swimming pool, children's playground, and fully equipped accommodation with a private terrace.
Ideal for families, couples, groups, and nature lovers, it is a convenient base for exploring the Marais Poitevin, Melle, Saint-Maixent-l'École, Niort, and La Rochelle. Hiking trails, cycling routes, and nearby cultural attractions complete a stay dedicated to the great outdoors.

The estate offers single-storey holiday cottages for 4 to 6 guests as well as mobile homes for 4 to 5 guests, all equipped with a kitchen, TV, shower room, separate toilet, and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Two accommodations adapted for guests with reduced mobility are available on request.
On site, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool (open seasonally), a children's playground, a function room, a seminar room, Wi-Fi at reception, and free parking.
From Prailles-La Couarde, many of the region's highlights are within easy reach, including the Marais Poitevin, known as the "Green Venice", the Silver Mines of the Frankish Kings in Melle, the Abbey of Celles-sur-Belle, Saint-Maixent-l'École, Zoodyssée wildlife park in Chizé, Futuroscope, and La Rochelle, approximately one hour away by car. This location is perfect for family holidays, countryside escapes, and nature breaks.
