Take the motorway heading to Rennes, N12 heading to Brest/Morlaix. In Morlaix take the Nord-Sud exit towards St Martin des Champs, Roscoff/St Pol de Léon. Heading towards St Pol de Léon, continue along the expressway and turn off at St Pol de Léon. Follow signs for Le Littoral/Plage/Por. You’ll see the residence 500 metres further down on your left.
Morlaix is a destination labeled Pays d'Art et d'Histoire, thanks in particular to its many old half-timbered houses still well-preserved from a rich and prosperous past. The city of Morlaix straddles the regions of Léon and Trégor. The rivers Jarlot and Queffleuth meet under the magnificent viaduct, an emblematic monument of the city which dominates the city with three hills.
Some places to see and visit in the surroundings :
Pointe de Pen-al-Lann : located in Carantec, the pointe de Pen-al-Lann is the ideal place to enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay of Morlaix. Pen-al-Lann means "the point of gorse" in Breton.
Roscoff : "the most British of Breton ports", Roscoff is a small harbor station built on a peninsula. Stroll through the narrow streets of the town and let yourself be carried away by the beauty of this corsair town with its church, its chapels and its exotic garden.
The islands : the island of Batz, an island with a mild climate and a predominant fauna and flora. Enjoy the island with your family or friends, on foot or by bike to discover this little corner of paradise. The island of Callot, a small island off Saint-Pol-de-Léon, is made up of small creeks, dunes, gorse, fields and pastures. The island of Sieck is a private island offering a superb view on the whole coast of the island of Batz until Cléder.
