Les Bottières Residence *** offers apartments in Saint-Pancrace, Savoie, just 50 metres from a ski lift providing access to the Les Sybelles ski area. Set in a peaceful mountain hamlet at 1,500 metres above sea level, the residence features accommodation with a balcony or terrace, depending on the apartment.
Ideal for families, couples and mountain enthusiasts, the residence offers a heated indoor swimming pool, an optional sauna, ski lockers, and free outdoor parking. In both winter and summer, it provides easy access to skiing, hiking, mountain biking and a wide range of alpine activities.

The Les Bottières* residence offers studios and two-room apartments with a sleeping alcove that can accommodate up to 6 people. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, and a bathroom, as well as a balcony or terrace, depending on the unit type.
On-site, you’ll find ski lockers and free outdoor parking. The heated indoor pool is perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains, while a sauna is available for an additional fee.
In winter, the ski lift located 50 meters away provides access to Les Sybelles and its 310 km of slopes. Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing set the pace for your days. In summer, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, via ferrata, and exploring the Maurienne Valley.
After a day of skiing, hiking or mountain biking, guests can unwind in the heated indoor swimming pool, offering added comfort on returning to the residence. An optional sauna is also available, providing the perfect way to relax after a day in the mountains.
In winter, the destination is ideal for family ski holidays, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. During the summer months, the surroundings of Saint-Pancrace are perfect for hiking, paragliding, via ferrata, and exploring the natural beauty of the Maurienne Valley.
