The La Grenadine *** residence offers accommodation in maisonettes, designed for comfortable stays right next to the beach. The units provide functional living spaces suited to holidays, allowing guests to enjoy an independent stay in a friendly atmosphere.
On site, guests can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool, a children’s play area, leisure areas and spaces ideal for relaxing family moments. A wellness area with sauna, hammam and massage room is also available at an extra cost.
Marseillan-Plage is known for its long fine sandy beaches and family-friendly atmosphere. From the residence, shops, restaurants and resort entertainment are within easy reach. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy sailing, kayaking or kitesurfing, while the cycle paths offer a gentle way to explore the coastline.

Tourist tax : to see and to pay on site
Deposit : 300 €/accommodation. Returned at the end of the stay based on the check-out inspection (payable by bank card only).
Cleaning fee if the apartment is not returned clean : 45-65 €.
