The residence is made up of small-scale buildings, creating a comfortable and practical setting for every type of stay. Each apartment includes a bright living area opening onto a private outdoor space, along with a fully equipped kitchen.
The seafront, beaches, harbour, shops and town centre of Les Sables-d’Olonne are all within easy reach. The renowned La Vélodyssée cycling route passes directly in front of the residence, providing access to coastal landscapes and marshlands.
