Open from April to October, the residence combines comfort and leisure with an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant with a panoramic terrace, direct access to the lake, and a kids’ club available in July and August. It is the perfect destination for a family holiday, a getaway with friends, or a nature-filled stay in the Southern Alps.

Located between Gap and Embrun, the residence enjoys a prime setting on the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon. Its exceptional location provides easy access to the stunning landscapes of the Hautes-Alpes while offering a wide range of outdoor activities around the lake.

The accommodation includes fully equipped chalets and apartments featuring air conditioning, a functional kitchen, a living area with a TV, and a furnished terrace. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, they provide a comfortable and independent setting for a relaxing holiday.

On site, guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool, a restaurant, and a bar with a panoramic terrace, ensuring everyday comfort throughout their stay. Direct access to the lake makes swimming and water sports easily accessible, while the kids’ club and summer entertainment program offer additional activities for families.

From spring through autumn, the destination is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking, via ferrata, and paragliding.
