Paris 410 km - Rennes 75 km - Saint-Malo 18 km. From Paris take the N13 for 2 km followed by the A14. At the first exit (after 90 km) take the A13. Turn off the motorway at exit n°31 and take the N814 for 13 km. Turn off at exit n°9 and take the A84 until exit n°34 and follow signs for Saint-Malo. In Saint-Malo, take the D168 to Dinard followed by the D603 for 4 km. Upon arriving at Saint-Briac, continue along the D603 (Boulevard du Tertre Gondan) until the give way sign. Turn right onto the Balcon d’Émeraude and follow the coast down to the traffic light. Turn right at the traffic lights following the sign for “Saint-Lunaire, Dinard par la côte, golf”. Continue straight on and turn right before the exit for Saint-Briac down Rue de l’Ancienne Faïencerie. The residence is here (‘Le Clos de la Fontaine’).
