Our sanitary measures

Dear guests,

In order to welcome you in the best health and safety conditions, Ateya Vacances and all its partner establishments have implemented a set of strict sanitary measures in accordance with government recommendations:

• Integrate government and health authority recommendations to adapt our protocols to the fight against the spread of Covid-19,
• Reinforcing our sanitary measures in homes, common areas and all points of contact (such as billboards, lift panels, door handles, payment terminals, etc.) with the appropriate products,
• Define the necessary customer routes and circulation plans to comply with barrier gestures and social distancing recommendations (e.g. floor markings, installation of Plexiglas protection in reception areas, etc.),
• Displaying information and preventive measures in places receiving the public and its employees,
• Ensure the maintenance of bathroom linen and sheets according to the recommendations of the health authorities,
• Train staff in health and safety procedures,
• Make it compulsory for our teams to wear masks, when necessary,
• Adapting the capacity of the common areas to guarantee the safety of all by establishing reinforced and specific access and sanitary safety instructions in accordance with the recommendations of the authorities in force,
• Adapt or even close the services and leisure facilities within its establishments (breakfast, entertainment, spa, fitness room, etc.) in order to comply with the recommendations,
• Ensure and respect a risk management protocol in the event of a suspected contagion at Covid-19.
