• The treatments are accessible from the age of 16, and a medical certificate of no contraindication must be presented to the establishment at the beginning of the stay from 3 days of treatment.
• Thermal water-based treatments and access to the relaxation pool are not authorised for pregnant women. Only facials and certain massages can be performed upon presentation of a medical certificate of no contraindication issued by your doctor.

Cancellation conditions 2023

• No charge for any cancellation notified before D30 of the arrival date*.
• 25% of the total amount of the stay for any cancellation notified between D30 and D15 before the date of arrival*.
• 50% of the total amount of the stay for any cancellation notified between D14 and D7 before the arrival date*.
• 75% of the total amount of the stay for any cancellation notified between D6 and D3 before the arrival date*.
• 100% of the total amount of the stay for any cancellation notified less than D3 before the arrival date*.

* To which is added a handling fee of 25€.
