Thanks to its stellar location in a Famille Plus-labelled resort, right next to the Tourism Office and just 50 metres away from the slopes and ski lifts, the residence is incredibly close to all the shops and restaurants you need, and within strolling distance of all the resort’s leisure activities.
The residence’s 28 renovated apartments are fully equipped with state-of-the-art kit for maximum comfort to enjoy during your stay.

Two-room apartment - Sleeps 4 - (40 m²)
A living room with television and sofa bed for 2 persons. A bedroom with 1 double bed. A kitchenette equipped with an oven, a microwave oven, ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a large fridge and a hood. Italian shower room with disabled access. Balcony or terrace.
Three-room apartment - Sleeps 6 - (35-50 m²)
A living room with television and sofa bed for 2 people. One bedroom with 1 double bed, a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds. A kitchenette equipped with an oven, a microwave oven, ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a large fridge and a hood. Italian shower room. Balcony or terrace.
The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old (decree n° 95 949 of 25/08/1995).
Four-room apartment - Sleeps 8 - (58-75 m²)
A living room with a television and a sofa bed for two. One or 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one or 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds or twin beds. - Mont-de-Lans: A leading destination for sports enthusiasts, it offers many outdoor sports such as mountaineering, mountain hiking, mountain biking and downhill cycling while enjoying unforgettable views.
- Lac du Chambon: This is a dam lake located between Bourg d'Oisans and the Col du Lautaret, which offers an absolutely magnificent landscape. Why not try a hike or a picnic around the lake, or an activity such as boating, paddling, canoeing, kayaking or pedal-boating at the water base located on the lake?
- The Ecrins National Park: The heart of this park is classified as a protected area by the World Commission on Protected Areas of the International Union for Conservation of Nature. Popular with nature lovers, this vast, unspoilt area is home to a wealth of flora and fauna: chamois, ibex, golden eagles, foxes, squirrels, marmots, etc., as well as edelweiss, blue thistles, genepi and gentian for the flora. The Écrins massif is also a delight for hikers, with its many marked trails (no less than 740 km!), and for climbing enthusiasts, as this territory is considered to be the second most important mountaineering site in France.

Cancellation conditions 2023
- No charge for cancellations made before D30 of the arrival date*.
- 25% of the total amount of the stay for any cancellation notified between D30 and D21 before the date of arrival*.
- 50% of the total amount of the stay for any cancellation notified between D20 and D14 before the date of arrival*.
- 75% of the total amount of the stay for any cancellation notified between D13 and D8 before the date of arrival*.
- 100% of the total amount of the stay for cancellations made less than 7 days before the date of arrival*.
* To which is added a handling fee of 25€.

Direct motorway from Paris, Lille, Marseille, Montpellier, Lyon and Brussels. Motorway to Grenoble. Exit n°8 Briançon - Vizille - Stations de l’Oisans. Follow the RN 91 heading to Briançon via Bourg d’Oisans. At the Le Chambon barrage, take the D 213 on the right. At the entrance to the resort, stay on the main road (Avenue de la Muzelle). Upon arriving at the Place de Mont de Lans roundabout, turn left. The residence is just opposite the Intersport.
