A number of paths and trails for hikes and rambles depart from the resort, leading you deep into the Parc National du Mercantour’s most stunning beauty spots. • Parc National du Mercantour: sandwiched between Provence and Italy, this park offers a breath-takingly diverse collection of flora and fauna: the most varied in France. Immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of this natural haven for an experience unlike any other.
  • Entrevaux: this medieval village is huddled on the bank of the Var, and is a full, picturesque immersion in the history and heritage of the Middle Ages.
  • Colmars-les-Alpes: step through one of the three fortified gates surrounding the village and explore the bustling medieval town of Colmars-les-Alpes and its narrow cobbled streets.
